AIM AND SCOPE
Forest Research Papers is a peer-reviewed, Open-Access scientific journal dedicated to forestry.
Forest Research Papers publishes the results of empirical or modelling studies that enhance our understanding of forest ecosystem functioning and have practical applications in forestry. The topics covered, both fundamental and applied, include all forest disciplines: silviculture, ecology, physiology, entomology, phytopathology, genetics, forest inventory, management, geomatics, and the economic, political, social, and cultural aspects of forests and forestry.
As the only forest science journal published in Polish, it aims to facilitate the exchange of the latest scientific knowledge between researchers and forest practitioners. It publishes original scientific articles, review articles, discussion articles, and reports on research conducted by scientists and foresters. The content is intended for the broad community of Polish foresters, both scientists and practitioners. The journal is published electronically (eISSN 2082-8926). Articles are published in Polish, with abstracts and table and figure descriptions in English.
